About Aspen Analytics

We partner with HR, legal, and IT teams to close gaps, align processes, and prepare for new risks and regulations before they arrive. Whether it’s bias auditing, wage posting laws, or emerging AI standards, Aspen and its Canopy system equip HR teams and professionals to lead rather than react.

Our Canopy system turns risk into action by providing real-time policy frameworks, audit-ready documentation, and safeguards for wage transparency, algorithmic decision-making, and protection from cyber risk.

20 Years and still going...

Much has changed in 20 years of having a business in recruiting where where you do not do any placements. Aspen had to pivot several times to stay ahead of others to maintain longevity in the world of consulting and analytics. It was lucky that our first customer was one of the largest pharmaceutical companies and they kept Aspen around for a year, then the largest staffing company, then a CNC manufacturing company, and so many more.

Every company having a common problem in that they were profitable but not usually a household name. Others you shop in or online weekly. Some made racecar parts, advanced avionics, or were online high school equivalency programs. The fact they were profitable meant they needed more people, their people to stay, or both. However, without brand power, these companies needed other powers.

Wall Street, Main Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, Sand Hill Road, Kendall Square, Market Street, and Threadneedle Street...they all have been walked on by Aspen but quietly. With over 20 years of work and 100s of data systems reviewed, we never revealed a client name publicly or placed them on a website.

A small timeline of recent events is below as well as some problems we faced. When Aspen was in consulting, we had the philosophy that if we were there, the logo was safe. We were the ones who fixed the problems others did not want to take on or avoid.
